Vote NO on Amendment 4
On November 5th, Election Day, you will have the opportunity to vote on an amendment that will enshrine abortion “rights” into our Florida Constitution. Amendment 4 is deceptive, it takes away parental consent, it allows for abortion up to the point of birth, and is extreme. As Christians, we are called to fight for the innocent. Unborn children should be protected in their mother’s womb. www.onemorechild.org/voteno
Vote NO on 4 this November.

Play a part in helping to meet the spiritual, physical educational, emotional and medical needs of the residents of El Carrizal.
Support a new church plant through discipleship trainings and pastoral care programs.
Minister to the children of El Carrizal through putting on a free Vacation Bible School
Help provide medical care through a small local clinic.
Provide hot meals daily to food-insecure children and benevolence baskets to needy families.
We are excited to see how the Lord will work through our team while serving in the Dominican Republic. This is an exciting time to be the hands and feet of Christ and be able to serve some of the most amazing children and families in the world!

Ladies Luncheon

Day of the Christian Martyr
In June 2014, militants from the self-proclaimed Islamic State (ISIS) advanced across Syria and northern Iraq. As they entered each village, they marked Christians’ homes and businesses with the Arabic letter “N” or نِ for “Nazarene.”
This symbol served to identify and threaten Christians, who then had a difficult decision to make: covert to Islam, leave, or be killed. More than 100,000 Christians were forced to flee in stifling heat. Most escaped with only the clothes on their backs, and many died on the road or were taken by ISIS.
Separated from their loved ones, these bold Christians refused to deny Christ. They were willing to give everything for their Savior who had given His life for them.
According to church tradition, June 29th marks the martyrdom of the Apostle Paul. This month, join Christians around the world to honor the faithful witness of those who, like Paul, have sacrificed their lives for the advancement of the gospel. And be inspired to have that same boldness to share Christ in your community.
May we be inspired by their examples, confidently proclaiming Christ at any cost.

Gear-Up Florida
It’s time for our annual hosting of the Gear-up Florida cyclists team who bike the length of Florida in just 2 weeks! Since 1997, over 500 Pi Kappa Phi men have participated in Gear Up Florida. Each year, the team raises over $80,000 to benefit people with disabilities. Gear Up Florida was created with one mission in mind: to reach out to as many people as possible across the state of Florida, spreading a message of acceptance and understanding on behalf of people with disabilities. Gear Up Florida has served that mission well by creating an event that is touted as "The best two weeks of programming The Ability Experience has to offer." Each year, we host the team and provide them with a BIG home-style cooked meal for lunch, and provide swimming/showers, meals, and sleeping quarters for one of their stops in Central Florida. Please consider bringing a dish to share and joining us as we fellowship with the team and share the love of Christ with others.

Church Movie Night
When governments use Covid edicts to restrict the gathering and worship of the Church, three pastors facing the risk of imprisonment re-open their churches in the face of a world that has chosen to comply.
This feature-length documentary, The Essential Church, explores the struggle between Church and government throughout history. It takes us to multiple countries and parallels today’s conflict with those from the past who sacrificed their lives for their beliefs.
Journey with them as we rediscover why the Church is essential and how their stand remains true from a scientific, legal, and, most importantly, Biblical perspective.
